Create, configure, and manage custom AI voice assistants
An assistant is an AI-powered voice agent that interacts with users through phone calls. Each assistant has its own personality, knowledge base, tools, and configuration. Assistants can automate customer service, manage appointments, answer questions, and execute custom workflows.

Example Use Cases:
The knowledge base consists of documents, FAQs, and custom information that your assistant can use to answer questions. You can upload PDF, TXT, and other document formats.
Content You Can Upload:
After configuring your assistant, you need to make it ready for use:
You can save your changes with the "Save as Draft" button. Draft changes don't affect your live calls.
Test your assistant before publishing. Use the "Test" button to talk to your assistant from your browser.
When ready, click the "Publish" button. This takes your draft changes live and the assistant assigned to your phone number starts using this version.
To use your assistant, you need to assign it to a phone number. Go to the "Phone Numbers" section, select your number, and assign your assistant.
